At Home Recipe
Gin Old Fashioned
15ml sugar syrup (equal parts sugar and water)
2 dashes angostura bitters
5ml (1 teaspoon) rose water (optional)
50ml gin
Method
1. Combine sugar syrup, bitters and rose water in the bottom of a glass
2. Add gin and ice, stir for about 10 seconds
3. Garnish with a grapefruit slice
